I don't actually start the new gig until April 28th, but in case you haven't noticed, I'm rather excited about it. I figure I'll get this whole blog thing rolling by saying that I had to go for a
pre-employment physical yesterday, and now thanks to the tetanus shot, my left arm is throbbing.
I'm going to go for a lunch time walk now. Then I'm going to sit at my almost empty desk, do the out of stock report, and eat a lollipop while I try to think of some more clever things to write here.
And Nikki,,,thank you for the blog suggestion. I'm looking forward to sharing my stories.

- I'm a Penn State grad with a degree in Parks & Recreation. I used to spend my summers landscaping, working at daycamp, & leading hikes & high ropes courses in Colorado. Since 2005 I've been answering phones as a customer service rep. I met some wonderful people there who are now considered family, however, its time for me to once again pursue what I love. I just accepted a job as a teacher's assistant in a toddler classroom at a nearby early education center. In the fall, I'm going to start taking classes to earn my Master's and teaching certification. At the suggestion of a friend, I've decided to start writing about my new adventures with the kiddies in "T6"...
